Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the closing process with enthusiasm and clarity
- Process sales transactions accurately, including payments, financing options, and contracts
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the point of sale
- Collaborate with teammates to verify all necessary paperwork is complete and thorough
- Maintain organized records of all conversations with insurance reps and follow-up actions related to claims submissions
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to payments or contracts promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain processes and build rapport with customers
- Attention to detail for accurate processing of transactions and documentation

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
