- Outstanding interpersonal skills including displaying respect, empathy and integrity with encouraging and supporting individual and team efforts.
- Work collaboratively with building principal, to interview and select building FIS positions, Mentors and Peer Coaches, & Department/Grade Level Facilitators
- The committee will submit recommendations to the Farmington Education Association Executive Board and Board of Education for final approval.
- Committee membership will initially be the building elected District Staff Development teacher, FEA Executive member , with each committee determining a process for membership rotations in subsequent years.
- Each committee will consist of at least one building administrator, a district staff development representative, a Farmington Education Association representative along with representatives from grade levels and departments.
- Attends offered training in Summer/Fall - training would include Charlotte Danielson Framework of Teaching (CDFT) and Reflective Teaching protocols.

Essential Functions:
Nominal Stipend: $2170
The position will pay a fixed stipend as delineated in Schedule Q of the teacher contract. The stipend amount is considered a "nominal stipend". The amount of the stipend will not change based on the number of daily hours that are devoted to duties.
