What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate- Packer position at Farmhouse Pottery?
Location: Woodstock, VT
Salary Range: $18 - $20 per hour
Reports to: Operations and Inventory Manager
Type: Full-time, part-time and seasonal positions available
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-4:00 PM, Occasional overtime
Farmhouse Pottery is seeking warehouse support in our distribution center in Woodstock, VT. This distribution and warehouse support role is responsible for packing all online orders for all Farmhouse Pottery goods.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Process, cross check and safely package customer orders.
● Box and ship orders safely using up to date software and different shipping materials.
● Pack product for transportation between the two FHP facilities.
● Unpack totes to restock shelves.
● Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
● Train on picking and prepping orders for shippers as backup when needed.
Requirements:
● High School Diploma or the equivalent
● Computer skills
● Ability to adapt

Physical Requirements:
● Frequently lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
● Remain on feet and be active for continuous periods of time.

● Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
● Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
● Must be able to work in an environment that may include dust and fluctuating temperatures, including very hot summers and cold winters.
● Must be able to read and understand English.
