We are seeking a skilled pottery production specialist to join our team at Farmhouse Pottery. As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pottery pieces while maintaining the finesse and consistency required by our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create functional and decorative pottery pieces using various techniques such as throwing, hand-building, and glazing.
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment, adhering to our cleaning procedures and schedules.
- Load and unload kilns on a regular or rotating basis, once trained.
- Participate in the overall production process and team, assisting with different areas of the department as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior throwing experience; candidates will showcase their wheel skills during an interview.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
