FarmHouse Fresh® Skincare is looking for an experienced, proactive Creative Planner & Project Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our marketing and creative team.
You’ll lead daily, weekly, and monthly planning rhythms, keeping design, marketing, PR, and product development aligned and moving in sync. This is not a coordinator role — it’s a leadership position that drives accountability, structure, and clear communication across every campaign and product launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily stand-ups, weekly progress meetings, and monthly planning sessions to align all creative and marketing projects.
- Own and update the master calendar for launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.
- Manage projects in Asana, ensuring clarity, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Translate strategy into action — turning creative vision into organized, on-time execution.
- Partner across teams to ensure flawless rollout of product launches, PR, digital, and print assets.
- Provide weekly progress reports and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 5 years in creative or marketing project management (beauty, wellness, or lifestyle a plus).
- Expert in Asana (you live for boards, timelines, and dashboards).
- Strong communication skills — you lead with clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
- You love structure, calendars, and keeping everyone on track.
- A passion for purpose-driven brands and storytelling.
