What You'll Do
As an Event Coordinator at Farmhouse Catering, you'll play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing events from start to finish.
- Managing event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination when necessary.
- Communicating effectively with vendors, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring all events align with Farmhouse Catering's high standards of quality and service.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to lift at least 35 lbs as part of event setup and teardown.
- At least 18 years of age to drive the company vehicles.
- A valid driver's license to travel to and from event locations.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to handle the unexpected with ease.
