Develop strong relationships with customers and fellow employees as you perform a variety of tasks throughout the day. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with customers and employees who come in or call your location and directing them as necessary
- Utilize organization skills to perform basic administrative and grain-related tasks: operate the scale, test for grain quality, enter data, and more
- Represent the kind, community-focused culture of our organization to customers and employees
- Assist your team in outside, hands-on operations of the facility such as unloading and loading grain from trucks and trains as needed
