Key Responsibilities:
Agronomy Laborers perform a wide range of tasks, including using machinery to assist with agronomy operations, move product, assist with tasks at the location and on site. Responsibilities may include:
- Transporting fertilizers and pesticides
- Operating and maintaining farm machinery
- Loading and unloading product
- Sorting and packing products
- Repairing and maintaining equipment
- Monitoring crop growth and reporting issues
- Cleaning and organizing tools and storage areas
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
· Prior experience in agriculture or farming
· Prior experience with farming equipment, machinery, crop types, and planting techniques preferred
Skills
· Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance
- Basic mathematical skills
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Other Duties:
The Agronomy Laborer will uphold cooperative policies, perform other duties as assigned by management, and will enforce and uphold the cooperative’s credit policy.

- Do not charge to customers on COD
