Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, and cold outreach in residential and commercial markets.
- Conduct property inspections and recommend customized pest control solutions.
- Prepare and present service agreements to clients.
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent Farmers Pest Control with honesty, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities
- Excellent strategic planning skills to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive relationships
- Solid project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing principles to support outreach efforts and brand positioning
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders across various channels
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude, coupled with team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with the pest control industry is a plus but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and organized; able to manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Sucessfully pass a background check.
