Salary: $95,000 - $117,500 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

F&M Bank’s Branch Managers are ultimately responsible for sales, customer experience, operations, premises, and productivity of the branch.  They are also accountable for growth and the acquisition of new business and growing profitable customer relationships.  

• Branch Mangers inspire and lead their team, creating an environment that keeps employees engaged, motivated, and excited to achieve new goals 
• Branch Managers represent the Bank within the community by joining organizations; they establish contacts with local organizations and businesses, and pursue additional Bank business through referrals and networking
• Branch Managers foster an environment that is conducive to sales; they thrive on providing stellar service and maintaining a positive reputation or image for the Bank in their communities

• Role model who holds her/his self and others accountable for accomplishing goal and objectives, while also motivating and managing team performance by making the most of employees’ diverse strengths and skills

• Assertive, self-starter who develops new business and performs well in a competitive sales environment, adapting quickly in a high volume, dynamic retail banking environment
• An individual devoted to operational excellence, adhering to high ethical standards and who plans daily activities to drive performance results; implements audit and inspection processes 

 Also required:

• Successful completion of a credit history check is a condition of employment
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of retail, operations, or sales management experience; 2 years of branch management experience with a financial institution (bank or credit union) preferred
