Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational infrastructure
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize key operational areas including product issuance and compliance (annuities) and claims management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes including with various IT functions
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and leadership
Qualifications / Skills Required:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
- 10 years of operations management with respect to annuities or other life and health products
- Expertise in operational strategy development, process optimization, and project management.
- Highly proficient in data analysis, performance metrics, and decision-making based on quantitative insights
- Strong organizational skills including contract basics
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate information
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
