Are you a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing business?

Farmers Insurance is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in a hybrid role. You'll work directly with customers through phone, video, and digital channels, guiding them through the insurance process from their initial conversation through policy placement.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who is ready to grow their book of business, strengthen their sales skills, and build lasting customer relationships.

An active insurance license is required to apply. Previous insurance experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers through phone, video, and digital channels
• Build rapport and establish trust while learning about each customer's insurance needs
• Conduct discovery conversations and identify appropriate coverage opportunities
• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and pricing clearly and confidently
• Guide customers through the sales process and close new business
• Collaborate with the team to share ideas, best practices, and strategies for success

What We're Looking For

This is a licensed insurance sales position. An active license is required to apply.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An active insurance license
• Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to ask thoughtful questions and identify customer needs
• A goal-oriented mindset and motivation to close business
• Comfort working independently while staying connected with a team
• A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and continuously improve

Hybrid Work Environment

This is a hybrid position, giving you the flexibility to work remotely while also collaborating with the team in person.

You'll need to be comfortable managing customer conversations, follow-up, and your sales pipeline independently while maintaining strong communication with your team.
