Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial individual in Ardmore to join our team in a structured program designed for professional growth within the insurance industry. In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced agent and receive hands-on training while progressing and developing your skills as an agent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects by providing tailored insurance solutions
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting
- Quote and sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage
- Support policy reviews and deliver strong customer service to retain and grow client relationships
- Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations and leadership of a high-performing insurance office
- Work closely with an experienced agent for ongoing training and mentorship
Requirements
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Life & Health Insurance License
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with a professional, growth-oriented mindset
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
