Scates Agency, part of Farmers Insurance District 49, is seeking a licensed insurance professional for a full-time, in-person position in Oklahoma City. You’ll work with customers, develop your insurance sales skills, and receive hands-on coaching from experienced professionals.
What you’ll do
- Talk with customers about their insurance needs and explain available coverage options
- Prepare quotes for auto, home, renters, and other property and casualty insurance products
- Follow up with prospective customers and build lasting client relationships
- Keep customer and sales records accurate and up to date
- Participate in training while working toward agency sales and service goals
What you’ll bring
- An active Oklahoma Property and Casualty insurance license, required at the time of application
- Clear communication and strong customer service skills
- The ability to follow through with customers and manage your work
- An interest in growing your insurance sales skills
This is a paid position within an established agency. Compensation and available benefits will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
