What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work directly with individuals and businesses to understand their needs and recommend insurance solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the agency
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and other outreach
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Prepare quotes, present solutions, and close sales
• Educate clients about their insurance options
• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer relationship
• Track your activity, follow up consistently, and work toward individual sales goals
• Develop the skills needed to eventually build and manage your own book of business

Do I need insurance experience?

No. We provide licensing support, product training, sales training, and ongoing coaching. Previous experience in insurance is not required.

What does the training process look like?

You'll receive support throughout the licensing process, followed by hands-on sales training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching designed to help you build confidence and develop your sales skills.
