As an Agent, you'll oversee business growth, recruiting, team development, and customer success across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You'll work closely with district leadership to build a high-performing team and ensure operational excellence all while enjoying the flexibility to serve your clients through a broad range of insurance solutions.
The Opportunity
- Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
- Receive up to $500 per month in marketing assistance.
- Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines
- Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the University of Farmers.
- Gain hands-on mentorship from the District Office.
- Get free training and licensing support for you and your team.
- Qualify for performance-based trips and recognition programs.
- Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $6,000 in signage assistance
- Veterans may qualify for an additional $6,000 bonus.
Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in insurance sales and management
- Proven track record of sales and management success
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of agents
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities across all lines
- Recruit, train, and retain agents
- Implement sales, marketing, and lead-generation strategies
- Oversee agency operations, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
