Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. A Property Casualty, Life & Health or 3 years direct sales experience is required. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with adding policies, and answering questions
- Conduct data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their inquiries or policies
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to handle outbound calling and upselling effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
