Full-time | Pay range $42,000 to $80,000

The Role
As an Insurance Producer, you’ll build relationships, find the right coverage for each client. This is a sales-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, follows through, and is driven by results.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, inbound leads, and outbound prospecting
- Quote, present, and sell personal and/or commercial Property & Casualty policies
- Cross-sell Life insurance to new and existing clients
- Build lasting client relationships through clear, honest communication
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Keep accurate records in our agency management system
What We’re Looking For
- Property & Casualty license preferred. If you’re not licensed yet, we’ll help the right candidate get licensed
- Willingness to obtain a Life insurance license (we’ll support you through it)
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, auto, banking, or any customer-facing sales)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Attitude matters most. We’ll train people who are eager to learn and work hard
