Responsibilities
- Sell and service policies across home, auto, life, and commercial lines
- Generate and manage your own leads through networking, referrals, and local marketing efforts
- Build a growing, renewable book of business prioritizing long-term client relationships over one-time sales
- Develop and execute your own prospecting and marketing plans tailored to the Austin market
- Track renewals and retention to maximize recurring revenue over time
- Operate with a high degree of independence while leveraging district office mentorship, systems, and support
- Train and manage a small team
Requirements
- nsurance license required (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Prior sales experience required insurance experience a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with a commission-based, self-directed role
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to the office
Salary : $175,000 - $250,000
