Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Saginaw, MI. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing business strategies, leading sales initiatives, providing training and mentoring to agents, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities and implementing performance improvement plans for the team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement
- Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch
- Hire and train all employees of the branch
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by offering tailored support and guidance.
- Customize insurance solutions to meet individual needs, goals, and lifestyles.
- Explain insurance products and coverages in a clear, approachable manner.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold and warm calling.
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Perform comprehensive policy reviews to ensure optimal coverage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business
- Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health Licenses are required at time of hire
- Strong background in client-facing roles is highly encouraged.
- Must demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong ethical foundation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
