Due to continued growth, Farmers Insurance – The Brown Agency is adding a new Insurance Sales Agent to our established and high-performing team. This is not a replacement role—this is a strategic addition to support increased demand and continued expansion.

Position Overview:
This role is designed for an agent who is confident in their ability to generate new business, manage a pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed production goals. The ideal candidate is disciplined, competitive, and takes full ownership of their results.
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Active Life License (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of insurance sales experience
- Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a high level of accountability and urgency
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with clear expectations
