Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must get MN Property & Casualty License within 60 days (we pay for this!)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter mindset and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Build your book of business through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Customize insurance solutions and close sales confidently
• Develop referral partnerships with real estate, mortgage, and auto pros
• Build loyal, long-term client relationships
• Stay sharp with ongoing training and product updates
