Requirements
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone communication
- Property & Casualty License (will help obtain)
- Life & Health License (will help obtain)
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Develop relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities
- Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
