Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Maintain knowledge of new Farmers products and outside market.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) desired in office translation; other languages welcome as Agency has many dialects in their current book of business
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
- Must be dependable and available to work a consistent, reliable schedule
- Have the opportunity to work as a full-time or part-time agent
- Must be good with networking and connecting with others
Salary : $2,500 - $6,000
