THE ROLE
As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be the face of our agency for new clients. You will help families and businesses in Southeast Texas find the right coverage homeowners, auto, flood, commercial, and life. Every policy you write is a real conversation with a real person, and the best producers here genuinely care about getting it right.
This is a performance-driven role. Your base salary gives you a stable foundation, and your commission rewards you directly for what you produce. High achievers here have real earning potential the harder you work and the better you get, the more you make. There is no ceiling on that.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Generate new business leads across personal lines, commercial, and life & health insurance
Build referral relationships with local realtors, lenders, auto dealers, and business owners
Conduct needs assessments and recommend the right coverage for each client's situation
Cross-sell and bundle policies to deliver more value and improve client retention
Follow up consistently on leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries
Manage your pipeline and client records accurately in our CRM
Meet monthly production goals and grow your personal book of business over time
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
13 years of sales, insurance, or customer service experience (preferred)
Texas P&C and/or Life & Health License (preferred we will help you get licensed if needed)
Strong communication skills confident on the phone and in person
Proficiency with basic computer applications; willingness to learn CRM software
Reliable transportation to our Vidor, TX office daily
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
Salary : $30,000 - $65,000
