Responsibilities
- Convert agency-provided leads into new insurance clients
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage needs
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Follow up on warm leads and referrals
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Participate in daily coaching and sales meetings
Requirements
- Highly motivated and competitive
