What You’ll Do

• Drive new business production and client retention
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of producers
• Implement sales strategies and performance goals
• Monitor metrics and maintain high service standards
• Build relationships within the Phoenix/East Valley business community
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred (insurance a plus, not required)
• Leadership or team management experience is a bonus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll help you get there)
