Insurance Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Gardner Kansas location. Position is 75% managing existing book of business and 25% selling new accounts. Base salary, plus Bonuses.
No prior experience is necessary but preferred. Pay based on experience.

Role Description
Provide day-to-day service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Process policy changes including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
Review coverages with clients and explain policy details in clear, simple terms
Assist producers/agents with quoting, applications, and new business submissions
Verify accuracy of applications, policy documents, and client information
Handle billing questions, payments, and follow-ups on past-due accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
Respond to certificate of insurance (COI) requests and issue certificates promptly
Support claims process by reporting claims and providing status updates to clients
Follow up on renewals, remarketing opportunities, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures
Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve retent
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in addressing and improving Customer Experience and maintaining high levels of customer engagement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a diverse client base
- Attention to detail and the ability to efficiently resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the financial or mortgage industry is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance license with in 60 day of start date Paid training provided..
