Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Growth:
- Prospect, market, and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and local outreach.
- Offer a wide range of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Financial Services.
- Advisory Role:
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized coverage solutions to protect families, individuals, and businesses.
- Conduct policy reviews and ensure clients have the right protection for changing needs.
- Business Development:
- Collaborate with district leadership on strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Learn and apply the fundamentals of running a successful insurance agency: hiring, staffing, compliance, and operations.
- Prepare for full agency ownership by developing leadership, management, and financial planning skills.
- Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain).
- Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Commitment to professional growth and community involvement.
