- Help clients identify appropriate insurance and financial solutions
- Develop referral, networking, and community-marketing strategies
- Manage sales activity, customer experience, and agency operations
- Recruit and develop agency team members as the business grows
- Establish a visible and trusted presence in the local community
- Maintain required licenses and operate in accordance with company and state guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Sales, customer service, business development, or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
