Farmers Insurance District Office of Northern Arizona is looking for insurance producers with the potential for agency ownership.
We are looking to fill these rolls in Ft. Mohave, Williams, Flagstaff, Bullhead City, Golden Valley, Kingman, and Phoenix.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
- Understanding prospect’s needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our products and services
- Ability to achieve high sales targets
- Participate in agency lead generation
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- Interest in becoming insurance licensed (required) licensing assistance provided
- Past customer service experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
