As an Agent in Development, you’ll work within an established Farmers agency, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client service, and business operations while developing the skills needed for long-term career advancement.
What You’ll Do- Learn from an experienced mentor agent in a high-performing agency
- Build strong client relationships through consultative sales and service
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and provided opportunities
- Manage client accounts, renewals, and service requests
- Complete industry training and licensing with full support and study materials provided at no cost
- Develop skills in sales, customer experience, and agency operations
- Progress through a structured development program with defined milestones

- Willingness to complete licensing requirements
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (not required at hire)
- Must be located in or willing to commute to the Phoenix Metro area
- Base pay plus commission structure
