Insurance Producer (Property & Casualty)
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Producer to join our agency. The ideal candidate is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional who is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most while achieving ambitious sales goals. This role focuses primarily on writing new Farmers personal lines business and developing long-term client relationships.
The agency provides training, sales support, and qualified leads to help producers succeed. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a tiered commission structure based on new personal lines production.
Employment Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- License required - We offer a pathway to obtain Licensing.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
CompensationBase Salary
- $35,000 and up based on experience.
Commission Structure
- Eligible for a tiered commission structure
- Commission structure is subject to the Farmers corporate compensation program and may be modified based on corporate or agency changes.
Sales Expectations
- Minimum production goal to be determined in new Farmers personal lines premium each month.
- Consistently develop new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Follow agency sales processes and customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Training & Support
- Comprehensive 90-day onboarding and training program.
- Approximately four qualified leads per business day provided by agency management.
- Ongoing coaching and sales support.
Performance Management
- Quarterly performance review meetings to evaluate progress toward sales goals.
- Annual review of compensation plan and performance expectations.
- Producers are expected to consistently work toward meeting or exceeding established production goals.
Paid Time Off & Holidays
- Six paid company holidays annually.
- Two weeks (10 days) of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year.
- PTO is a combined bank for vacation, personal time, and sick leave.
