This is an in-office position focused on client service, administrative support, follow-up, and keeping the agency running smoothly during the afternoon and early evening.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
You will be an important point of contact for our clients when our agents are busy assisting customers, quoting insurance, or away from the office.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients
- Greet clients who visit the office
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments and callbacks
- Follow up with clients for documents and information
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Track outstanding tasks and follow-ups
- Update CRM and client records
- Organize documents and administrative files
- Follow up on pending quotes and applications
- Help clients with basic service requests
- Identify opportunities for additional insurance needs and communicate them to the licensed agent
- Request referrals and assist with client follow-up
- Keep daily tasks organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide general administrative and operational support
- Escalate questions requiring a licensed insurance professional
