Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
- Engage prospects to identify insurance needs and generate interest
- Schedule qualified appointments for licensed agents
- Accurately document call activity and customer information in the CRM
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred, but not required
