Jonathan Humber Insurance Agency is a growing Farmers Insurance agency built on relationships, hard work, integrity, and service. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven Insurance Sales Producer who wants more than simply a job. We want someone who is hungry to grow, willing to put in the work, and excited about building a career while helping families protect what matters most.
Schedule & Opportunities

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Identify insurance needs and educate customers on coverage options
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, prospecting, and consistent follow-up
- Quote and sell insurance products offered through the agency
- Work toward individual and agency sales goals
- Identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities
- Continue developing insurance knowledge and sales skills
- Represent Jonathan Humber Insurance Agency and Farmers Insurance professionally in our community
