We're the Jesse Dryer Agency in Grand Junction, and we are in rapid growth mode — which means we have open producer desks and we're looking for the right people to fill them.

- $70,000 – $100,000 per year — base salary plus uncapped commission. The top producers here earn the most in the area, period.

What you'll actually do
- Take warm inbound leads and walk people through tailored home, auto, life, and commercial quotes over the phone.
- Follow our proven sales process to turn quotes into protected families and happy clients.
- Hit (and beat) your numbers using the system we hand you on day one.

Requirements
Who we're looking for
- You light up on the phone and genuinely like helping people.
- You're coachable — you'll run the playbook before you 'improve' it.
- You're competitive and you want to be the top earner in the room.
- You're comfortable in a high-tech, fast-moving office.
- Insurance license is a plus — but the right attitude and work ethic matter more. We'll help you get licensed if you're hungry.
