Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial insurance sales is required.
- An active property and casualty insurance license is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage, underwriting, and quoting is required.
- Proven ability to close new business and meet sales goals.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, quoting systems, and standard office software.
Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial insurance opportunities by reaching out to local businesses and following up on referrals and leads.
- Meet with business owners to understand their operations, exposures, and coverage needs.
- Recommend commercial insurance solutions that fit each client's goals and level of risk.
- Prepare quotes, present options, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Stay organized with client notes, applications, renewals, and policy follow-up.
- Work closely with internal support and underwriting partners to move accounts forward.
- Keep up with carrier updates, coverage changes, and industry trends that affect commercial clients.
- Support the agency's growth by representing Farmers Insurance with professionalism and care.
