Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Process applications, renewals, and any changes in policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Meet production goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Be outstanding at relationship building to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Insurance Producer License (Preferred, but not mandatory)
- Life Insurance License (Preferred, but not mandatory)
