What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1 year in a customer service, administrative, or client support role.
- Skills: Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills; attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively.
- Mindset: Reliable, friendly, coachable, organized, and solution-oriented.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly preferred.
- Licensing: Insurance license preferred, but not required — we’ll help you earn it!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and service requests.
- Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the sales team with client onboarding, renewals, and documentation needs.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely processing of service requests.
