Insurance Producer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing insurance team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people while also driving business growth through sales. You will assist clients with policy questions, provide coverage solutions, and build long-term relationships. Sign on bonus opportunity up to $1500 if already licensed for P&C and Life Insurance licensed or can acquired both licenses in less than a month!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in clients
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims guidance
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Meet or exceed sales and service performance goals
• Educate clients on coverage options and benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with sales goals and performance metrics
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred

Licensing

• Candidates already licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) are highly preferred
• If not currently licensed, training and support will be provided to obtain licensing

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
