Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Commission Only

Missouri Property and Casualty insurance license.

Missouri Life and Health insurance license.

Previous background in sales, customer service, or relationship management.

Clean background check and credit history.

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Residency in or around Branson, Missouri.

Capability to build and maintain a professional network from scratch.

Develop and grow a client base through active community engagement and networking.

Identify the specific insurance needs of families and small businesses in the Branson area.

Present personalized insurance solutions including auto, home, life, and commercial coverage.

Manage existing policyholder relationships to ensure they remain properly protected as their lives evolve.

Collaborate with the Homestead District team to sharpen your sales techniques and product knowledge.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to state insurance regulations.
