Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to break into the insurance industry and build a successful career in sales. You will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and providing personalized insurance solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including phone, email, and networking events.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or additional needs.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Qualifications
- Insurance License: Must have or be able to get license within 30 days
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Sales Aptitude: A genuine interest in sales and the ability to persuade and build rapport with clients.
