Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments, ID card requests, and billing inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Support agents and producers with renewals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency procedures.
- Assist with administrative and office-related tasks as needed.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account issues.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist clients.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Prior customer service or administrative experience (insurance experience a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and multitasking.
- Positive, dependable, and eager to learn.
- California Property & Casualty license not needed but preferred (willing to train and sponsor the right candidate)
