We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a PART-TIME REMOTE INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT. In this role, you will assist clients with policy questions, account updates, billing, and general support - providing clear, friendly service by phone. This role may be ideal for a stay-at-home parent, a retired insurance representative looking to continue to work in the industry, or others who enjoy helping people.
Remote person must reside in either OREGON or MONTANA.
Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on insurance policies and coverage options
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Assist with renewals, policy changes, and customer service
- Meet personal and agency sales goals
Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Must pass state licensing exam or already be licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (training available)
- Previous customer service highly desirable
