We provide a $40,000/year marketing budget and leads for every producer (subject to change based on market conditions)What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Build Relationships: Connect with existing and prospective Farmers clients to deeply understand their unique insurance needs.
- Drive Sales: Conduct market analysis to identify fresh opportunities and network within the community.
- Deliver Excellence: Educate clients clearly on policy details, coverages, and benefits, ensuring a seamless and empathetic customer service experience.
- Collaborate & Track: Maintain pristine records of client interactions in our sales administration system while partnering with team members to crush agency sales goals.
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Qualifications):
- Natural Closer: Strong sales instinct or a proven track record in retail, hospitality, or outside sales.
- Top-Tier Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex details.
- Self-Motivated: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work brilliantly both independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual Advantage: Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a major plus!
Pay: $3,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
