We provide our new Sales Representatives with ONGOING TRAINING and SUPPORT on their path to success so they can best serve our customers!
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance License.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Adhering to strict FCC rules, please do not apply if you have any charges related to theft, violence, or drugs within the past seven years or ANY past convictions concerning violation of the FCC rules.
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
