- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting company sales targets
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the purchasing process
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes (including HIPAA compliance where applicable), and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales administration and analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights
- Familiarity with marketing techniques, telemarketing strategies, and benefits administration is a plus
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple client interactions simultaneously
- Previous experience working within regulated environments such as HIPAA compliance is advantageous
