Training, Support, and Marketing
We invest heavily in your success. All training is 100% paid and includes award-winning product and sales education exclusive to our agency. While the majority of your opportunities come directly from our inbound lead flow, you’ll also engage in light outbound follow-up with warm prospects, quoted customers, and existing leads to maximize your pipeline. Our systems, scripts, and coaching make this process easy, structured, and highly effective.
With hands-on training, marketing support, and strong lead volume, you can hit the ground running without the stress of cold prospecting.

Compensation
We believe in rewarding outstanding performance and offer uncapped commission. This position is paid hourly plus commission.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be motivated and determined, and have a proven track record of trustworthiness and ethical behavior. Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus, but insurance experience is not necessary. We will provide assistance with licensing and hands-on training in all things insurance.
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Communicate with potential clients
- Establish client relationships and follow up as needed
- Identify sales opportunities by understanding prospects' needs
- Maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services
