- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license – required
- Life license – preferred but not required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
- Bilingual in Spanish and English – required
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
